"Romantic" Venice Beach House, 2 BR+ (owned by the same family for over 40 years), sits just above the cleanest beach and water in Southern California and the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk.

The property is PRIME; it sits on top of the nicest of the highly coveted Venice Walk Streets.
No cars drive on these Beach Walk Streets, so you have a clear -40 yard path- to the beach. Backyard has a private patio and plum tree. From the front yard you can see the waves!

Quality furnishings: oak table, stained glass windows, new kitchen granite countertop, hardwood oak floors, small Amish fireplace... beautiful, fully furnished two bedrooms, luxury towels and linens, weekly maid service and parking for one car, included.

Free use of bicycles, body boards, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Skate, walk or bike the miles of boardwalk and paths up and down the coast. Just about everything on the Westside is accessible by walking or biking. Including, the historic Venice Beach Canals, the trendy Main Street and Abbot Kinney shops, cafes, markets and some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles.
