Additional Agreement for Corporate Coaching Services:
All communication between employees and their coach is confidential, except for:
  1) Pre-employment interview information.    2) The billable-hours accounting statement.

Companies paying for employee coaching sessions receive a monthly accounting statement
reflecting the billable hours of coaching services for each employee.

Employers may provide information to the coach regarding what focus areas the employer
sees as important. It is up to the coach and the employee as to what topics are actually
addressed. Once an employee has been hired, the only information goes from coach
to employer regarding employees is the accounting information stated above.
