Bridling Water Kites

  • For instance, consider multiple coiling to a an extra-well designed mini-rod of deuterium oxide ice placed in the upper or leeward or back side of the water kite.
  • Freezing loops into airfoil ribs.
  • Drilling and setting loop over highly oriented ice rods or a bundle of such rods or needles depending on the characteristics of such needles.  or have multiple loop over a a mini-back-plate of ice that will permit the loop to gradually cut through the entire plate during the flight of the water kite.
  • Tension will tend to melt the hold; plan for movement and a possible lengthening of the bridle parts.
