Benefits and Terms of Use                       

As a subscriber, you will have access to the Quality Life Toolkit™ [to be referred as "Toolkit or "toolkit" or  "QLT" or "form" or "forms" or "tools"] as long as your subscription is current and you remain in good standing.

The following policies are in full effect until new policies are added to this agreement. You or Life Coaching Works™ may end this agreement at any time for any reason. All of our agreements regarding Toolkit access and use are made in writing.

Protect your password to protect private information and your continued conditioned access to the QLT.

You may share only one original form of each form (tool) that you have printed directly from the website (originals) to an individual (with whom you have a personal relationship).

Any repeat use of a form supplied by you (or any use in a group or class via any media--directly in person or say electronically or optically) requires
a Quality Life Toolkit™ Facilitator's Subscription.

Any copying of any forms without prior written consent by Joseph Faust is a copyright infringement.  Any duplication, repackaging or reformatting of the concepts in these forms in their original or any other format is strictly prohibited. Our copyrighted intellectual property is and will be protected to the fullest extent of the law.

In the future, if you would like to share coaching forms with others and no longer want to print out original forms for them, simply invite them to use the
Guest Coaching Forms or to get a Quality Life Toolkit™  by way of
 www.QualityLifeToolkit.com
