My favorite Life Enhancing
Insights Joseph shared are:
1. Be of service to others rather than focusing on my own navel. 2. Create great systems w/good design – sort into groups or categories (3-7 categories). 3. Keeping journal with 1-3 events daily. 4. Distinction between "deservingness" and "worthiness" (yes, we are all worthy already). 5. Strive for excellence in any one area of life (30-day challenge). Focus on: three key actions per month to create excellence in one area. 6. Ask: "How am I responsible for creating this situation?" Or: "How could I be more proactive in this situation?" 7. The value and importance of spending most of my time in the "Learning Zone". 8. Ask, "How can I provide more service, more value, to more people?" Discover as many answers to this question as possible. Make a list. 9. Identify which (beliefs, strategies, behaviors, etc) are supportive and which are unsupportive to my goals & dreams. 10. Inventory what I own. Keep
A-and-B items I cherish, and part with less important C items. Create more
space/environment to support me (who I truly choose to be) and my
goals. 1. Focus on what is WORKING in my life. 2. Perfectionism VS Excellence
(excellence is a great target) I really liked the discussion related to: "Needing to work hard" to create financial certainty VERSUS "Is it really about WORKING HARD?" I remembered our powerful coaching about: While one needs to take ACTION to forward goals, it is important to take the CORRECT action (s). One can work extremely hard at something, & have those actions NOT WORK for her toward achieving her goals. (Ex: Spinning my wheels, bumping head against a wall, etc.). Thank you for this key reminder about the importance of employing the right strategy at the right time and place, to work smarter vs. harder! ~ Rozlyn Reiner |
